Promotional Terms and Conditions

SNAP & WIN CONTEST T&C

  1. Employees of SushiPlus, its affiliated agencies, and KOLs/KOCs involved in campaign content creation — as well as their immediate family members (spouse, children, and parents) — are not eligible to participate or win any prizes.
  2. One (1) entry is allowed per purchase. Participants may submit multiple entries with multiple valid purchases.
  3. The contest runs from 6 May 2025 to 18 May 2025, ending at 11:59PM (Malaysia Time) on 18 May 2025. Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
  4. To participate, purchase a PLUS Party Box from any SushiPlus outlet within the contest period.
  5. Participants must retain their original purchase receipt or a clear photo of the receipt. Proof of purchase may be required for prize validation.
  6. Participants must upload their photo and/or video via the official Google Form. Content must be clear, original, and aligned with the campaign theme — celebrating Mother’s Day with the PLUS Party Box.
  7. Each participant may submit one (1) entry per purchase only.
  8. All submitted content must be appropriate, respectful, and in good taste. SushiPlus reserves the right to disqualify any content it deems inappropriate or offensive.
  9. Winners will be selected by an internal SushiPlus panel based on the following criteria: creativity (30%), relevance to theme (30%), and emotional appeal (40%).
  10. Winners will be announced on SushiPlus’ official social media platforms by 24 May 2025. Winners will also be contacted via email or SMS.
  11. All decisions made by SushiPlus regarding winner selection and contest matters are final. No appeals or correspondence will be entertained.
  12. By submitting an entry, participants agree that SushiPlus may use, edit, and share their submitted content across all marketing channels (online and offline) without additional consent or compensation. Credit will be given where possible.
  13. SushiPlus reserves the right to repost, edit, and repurpose any submitted content for promotional purposes.
  14. All prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
  15. SushiPlus is not responsible for any technical issues, including submission failures due to network or system errors.
  16. SushiPlus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest or its terms at any time without prior notice.
  17. In the event of any dispute, SushiPlus’ decision shall be final and binding.
